Mark is a Chief Analyst covering APAC channels and an experienced board-level executive and CEO with 35 years’ experience in software and IT in UK, Europe, and Asia. Mark joined Omdia in 2025 after the acquisition of Tech Research Asia (TRA), an APAC analyst/advisory firm founded in 2012 where he was a Principal Analyst and Co-Owner.

Mark’s areas of focus include strategy development, M&A advisory, market and competitive analysis, GTM planning, channel optimisation and business performance. He specialises in cloud, software and data centre markets across APAC and is a regular keynote speaker at industry conferences.

Chuong Mai-Viet

Managing Director

Chuong Mai-Viet held senior roles at major managed services providers before founding Fuse Technology, an Australian managed IT provider headquartered in Sydney, with teams across Australia, the United Kingdom, Vietnam and Canada. The company has appeared in the Fast50 each year from 2024 to 2026. It delivers managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and technology consulting services and is ISO 27001:2022 certified with security integrated across its services.
