Rugby League Legend, Coach and Speaker

Brad “Freddy” Fittler is one of rugby league’s most celebrated figures, known for his longevity, leadership, and unmatched insights into the game. Over a 16-season career, he played 336 first-grade games, representing the Penrith Panthers and Sydney Roosters, captaining NSW in State of Origin, and leading Australia in 20 Tests and 5 World Cup victories. In 2000, he received the Golden Boot as the world’s best player.

David Beal
Senior Advisor

David Beal brings three decades of hands-on digital leadership across financial services, government, not-for-profit and commercial sectors. A passionate multi-disciplinary generalist with deep technical and strategic capability, he has reshaped digital service delivery for the Queensland Government, transformed the technical foundations of EnergySuper, delivered multiple major election commitments, grown NFPs through smarter technology, lectured in digital skills at QUT, and built his own successful start-up supporting government and small business. Next May, he’ll bring that breadth of experience to the IT channel.

Mark Iles
Chief Analyst | APAC Channels

Mark is a Chief Analyst covering APAC channels and an experienced board-level executive and CEO with 35 years’ experience in software and IT in UK, Europe, and Asia. Mark joined Omdia in 2025 after the acquisition of Tech Research Asia (TRA), an APAC analyst/advisory firm founded in 2012 where he was a Principal Analyst and Co-Owner. 

Mark’s areas of focus include strategy development, M&A advisory, market and competitive analysis, GTM planning, channel optimisation and business performance. He specialises in cloud, software and data centre markets across APAC and is a regular keynote speaker at industry conferences.
